Please note, we reserve the right to make adjustments and invoice you, the customer for any additional or uncharged shipping which may be incurred during the fulfilment and or transportation of your order, and after your purchase. Some products are housed, manufactured and/or stocked in other locations of our business address; so there may be additional freight fees when multiple small, medium or large items are ordered, flat rate shipping may not apply.
📦 Dispatch: Dispatch times are running on schedule with 3-4 working days for items to be shipped depending on your items. Some items are made to order; 3XM windows, FRP flares and some others.
🚚 Interstate Shipping: We are currently shipping to all Australian states and territories.

➕ Shipping Costs: Estimated at checkout, aspects such as size, weight, location are factored in to the calculation as well as your location, whilst we have done our best to ensure shipping is correctly estimated at checkout, sometimes if the shipping rate has changed +20% (due to provider prices on the day, or an error) we may be required to charge you for the additional overage.
🦉Confirmation: Order fulfilment will be sent via email along with a tracking number once an order is fulfilled.
🚚 Delivery: 2–9 business days to major cities in Australia via Star Track Express (for satchels, loose cartons and pallets). For larger /bulkier items we use Couriers Please, TNT Express, Borders Express and Tamex Services, this may take 1–2 days longer.
🌏 For international orders: Please allow up to 3–4 weeks for the delivery of any item if your order is via Auspost, 2–3 weeks for any couriered items (DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc.). For fragile items DHL will be the default service used to ship items, please notify us if you would like to use another service, and importantly if you would like insurance on your item - please note that any item ordered from outside of Australia, the customer accepts the risks involved in shipping fragile items and that items may be broken in transit, if your item is damaged in transit we will follow an insurance claim protocol, in this instance items will not be refunded but insurance will be paid out to the customer; this is because freight carriers will only pay insurance claims based on the customers reports, photos of the damage and with communication to the end customer (you). You agree to this terms and agree to hold Siege Overland, (or its company, Siege Industries PTY LTD) in this type of instance or any similar instance. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES not inclusive, customer to pay import duties and taxes.
📝 Receipt of items **Delivery times will be between 9am to 5pm (weekdays only). A signature is required in some instances depending on the article. Please note, if there is no one available to sign for your order, and a second delivery is required, a 2nd delivery charges may apply. Please note, some articles will be delivered in a safe place at your requested delivery address, in the occasion where an article is delivered in a safe place and it is removed, stolen or broken; we, the freight carriers involved and our manufactures are not responsible or liable. We ask all customers to note the delivery expected times and prepare to receive their items, or if concerned about items being left in a place at their address to notify us immediately and we can organise collection from the nearest freight depot.
⌛Delays: We always do our best to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered within a fair and prompt timeframe, however, factors outside of our awareness and control may cause delays. Siege Industries PTY LTD T/A Siege Overland is not liable for any loss that may occur as a result of such delays.
💔 Broken items: Whilst we use quality freight carriers to ship our items, occasionally breakages happen. If you are an overseas customer you assume any risk associated with shipping products overseas, we cannot guarantee an item’s safe passage from Australia to any country or territory outside of Australia, by ordering outside of and/or to an international (external to Australia) address you accept the risks involved and agree to hold Siege Industries PTY LTD T/A Siege Overland harmless and void of any liability.
We are not liable for any item received damaged when a third party shipping company, freight, or exporter is utilised. A freight, shipping, or postal company's services are employed on behalf of you, the customer.
In the event an item is damaged in transit it is up to you, the customer to provide all relevant information (a detailed description of damage, detailed images of damage, type of damage) and any information which we or a freight carrier may request, you are also responsible to provide this information to us and to a freight carrier in relation to the claim of insurance of an item which you ordered. Failure to provide the required information or cooperate in the claim of an item’s insurance will result in an ineffectual and void claim and no insurance will be paid to you.
Broken items will need to be returned if a claim is required, this is to be organised by you, the customer. By ordering with us, you accept these terms.
If an item is received damaged and insurance was applied to your order - you must notify us in writing via email only at contact@siegeoverland,com within 14 days of receiving your item - this is our policy to ensure legitimate claims, and falls inline with our freight partners’ policies; inclusive to these policies the customer must provide detailed photos of the damage and a detailed description; please note that all freight carriers require detailed written description of any damage, type of damage, detailed images and as much information from a customer as possible - failure to provide notification and information within 14 days of receipt of an item will result in the refusal of claim, failure to cooperate in a claim investigation will result in a cancelled claim.
Should you require insurance on items, it is the choice and responsibility of you, the customer to request and confirm this service. Any insurance on freighted items is taken out within the terms of the freight carrier, for example, "ABC freight" items will be shipped and insured via their insurance terms and conditions - please contact us and request the specific T&Cs for your specific order and the freight carrier used if you have any questions or concerns. You have the right to choose and utilise the freight carrier of your choice, but the organisation of collection of goods, the insurance and the shipment of the items will be your responsibility - we accept no responsibility of any shipment organised by you. Should you not specify your preference of freight or shipping provider we will use the most economical, affordable or safest choice available to ensure your items arrive safely; our default choice is Auspost for items of non-fragile nature and DHL for fragile and large items, as we prioritise the safety of items over economical means - when ordering with us and allowing the default shipping method overseas (DHL) you accept this.
Any insurance claim for an item that is received damaged must be made within 14 days of receiving your item or the freight may not accept the claim as valid and we are unable to assist further with a claim outside of this timeframe. We, the sender are not liable for any insurance claims or for ensuring a claim is a successful outcome, by making this purchase you, the customer accepts any AND ALL liability WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMING FOR AN ITEM THAT MAY BE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT; claims, liaising with the freight company is wholly your responsibility and YOU accept that we, Siege Industries PTY LTD are not liable for the success and/or acceptance of any claims AND DEVOID OF ALL RESPONSIBILITY WITH REGARDS TO THIS MATTER.
