Easy to put up and pull down
Solarscreens are attached to the glass using a series of suction discs. Our discs are manufactured exclusively for their effectiveness (no falling off every five minutes), and also their durability in high temperatures. By using suction discs to attach each screen to the glass we are able to keep the screen flush to the glass optimising the insulation. Attachment this way also enables you to open and close doors without removing your screens.

Absorb Sound
Nine layers of insulation work together to absorb sound as well as provide insulation from the heat and cold.

Block out light
Solarscreens insulating effectivness is achieved by blocking the path of light waves (both visible light waves and invisible heat waves). This means that no more light will come in through your windows - no more waking up with the first morning light!

Prevent 80% condensation
Solarscreens' composition includes three layers of closed cell anti-condensate material. By preventing the warm air from meeting the glass, Solarscreen's insulation eliminates 80% of condensation - no more drips!

Strong storage bag

Sahara’s traditionally came with fibreglass flares; they gave them a stronger, thicker and even ‘stauncher’ look 😤

It’s hard to track down a good set, some that fits, bolts up and is new and free of damage.

Well, Mick at FRP flares was asked to help a few mates replace their cracked Sahara flares and he came up with these Sahara style flares for those who were after the awesome look 👀😍

FRP Flares, are the BEST aftermarket flares available for 60 Series Landcruisers.

These flares come as a full set, and are supplied in a black or white gelcoat finish, allowing you to paint them to match or contrast your current paintwork 🎨

FRP recommend priming and painting for a good quality and uv resistant finish.  

They're easy to paint and there's no special treatment required, simply sand, prime, sand and paint as you would any panel on the vehicle ✅

Due to the age of the moulds some refinishing may be required, but not much at all 👌🏽

When installing, the top edge of the flares get covered by the rubber seals, underside is a hollow fibreglass.

As you can see in the photos these flares finish at the bottom of the guards so no need for genuine mudflaps.  

FRP flares are screwed to the underlip of the guards, allowing the most cost effective and more importantly the strongest fit possible unlike double sided tape, avoiding fragile and intrusive fitment.

Screws not  included – as a guide 8 gauge 20mm self-drilling button heads, may be most appropriate.

Door flares are supplied with a fibreglass bracket which is screwed to the door then the door flare is screwed to the bracket, this means your flares will never fall off.

You can use the space to store recovery gear, spare parts or anything else that will fit and you want to keep secure. This is a DIY kit and requires you to trim away some of the metal in the tailgate. To assist with this, we provide step by step easy to follow instructions and a handy template to show where the cuts are required. This can be performed with tin snips, a jigsaw or an angle grinder.

By default, the kit will be painted black and ship with all mounting hardware required such as nuts and bolts for mounting, hinge and associated screws as well as the heavy duty low profile locks. Sound deadening foam to stick inside your tailgate which prevents damage to the steel and eliminates rattles is also included. These are our famous 7 Inch LED Headlights, featuring impressive range, good spread, colourful halos and are indestructible. These draw less power than your regular halogen / HID globes too, and are ADR compliant, meaning they’re legal in every state. This is one pair of lights.

These lights come with a pair of CANBUS Load Modules to make the lights compatible with your Toyota.

Wiring up the Day Running Lights is very easy They get their earth through the 3 pin H4 headlight socket. The red wire is to power the primary DRL colour, so wire that to the parkers or to a power source that comes on with the ignition. The yellow wire powers the secondary colour which is typically amber in which case connect to indicator or to a separate switch if you have a twin colour set up like red and white.

The PDI brake booster is a significant upgrade (50%) to the 60 series, which had a single diaphragm unit. It will fit on auto models and manual with the standard clutch master cylinder, but not if you have the vacuum assist on the clutch master cylinder (due to interference).

If you have the vac assisted clutch booster, you can change it out for a non assisted clutch master, but this will require cutting and re-flaring of the hydraulic line for the clutch. Considering the improvements in clutch design, a new clutch will probably negate the need for vacuum assist and this will allow for the PDI brake booster to be installed.

Braking upgrades should be done in conjunction with power increases and we have found the biggest improvement can be achieved with this mod.

Our PDI dual diaphragm brake boosters have been ADR tested and proved to pass all tests. Our design allows us to exceed the standard brake specifications for those with:

• increased weight (both GVM and GCM).

• larger wheel diameter

Following installation and adjustment of the rear brake bias the braking distance at 80kph dropped from 26m to 16m. Very quickly we found we could do turning and stopping maneuvers that would have be both crazy and impossible before. This is great for a powered up cruiser and potentially life saving if you have increased your weights, fitted larger tyres or are towing. Many will say “the brakes are fine” but when asked if the pedal goes hard, before full braking can be achieved, they remember how scary that can be.

With a PDI brake booster less than 50kg push would be required for full braking - this is a significant improvement that will be noticed.

We recommend these be installed with braided brake lines as line pressure will be increased and the standard lines may be compromised if still original. This is both due to age and the potential for damage as they are fitted to a 4WD. Installing braided lines will also give a better result as factory flexible lines bulge and reduce effective application of the pedal.

Note: If you have air in your system, which can be very very difficult to bleed out, the larger booster will make this more apparent, due to extra force that can be applied.

These boosters are impressive, and we are sure every cruiser owner would install after driving a cruiser fitted with one of these boosters.

We recommend these be installed with braided brake lines as line pressure will be increased and the standard lines may be compromised if still original. This is both due to age and the potential for damage as they are fitted to a 4WD. Installing braided lines will also give a better result as factory flexible lines bulge and reduce effective application of the pedal.

The only fitting issue is for those with rear air con or ice box console where the alloy pressure lines are routed close to the brake booster and will result in interference such that our larger boosters can’t be fitted.

Please do your research before purchasing and attempting an install. For those fitting to petrol models we suggest and additional vacuum reservoir be added to ensure the booster is able to provide full assist for a period after the engine is turned off or if being driven enthusiastically where vacuum build up is limited.
